Delivery Time
Once an order is confirmed we start working hard on fulfilling it to get to you as soon as possible.
AU & CA - Arrive within 7 -13 days
US & UK & NZ– Arrive within 9 - 15 days
Rest of the world – Arrive within 10 - 18 days
Other than holidays and public holidays
Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email along with your tracking number.
Delayed/Lost Orders
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have received it by mistake. In some cases, packages may be delivered to the wrong address or show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date.
