Return/Exchange Policy

We accept Return/Exchange in 30 days after receiving your order.
We take great care in inspecting each item before it’s shipped to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. In the rare case that you receive a faulty item, please notify us on Info@farafero.com within 24-hours of receiving it and provide photos of the defect so we can start processing a return/exchange from our end.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order and get a full refund within 24-hours of placing it. Please email us at Info@farafero.com to inform us about your wish to cancel and we will issue a refund on your original payment method to be processed within 14 business days. Please remember it can take more time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
